The Center for American Indian Resources (CAIR) Clinic Expansion consists of three levels. This new building allows for the expansion of medical care, pharmacy, radiology, lab, and support services such as physical therapy, adult and adolescent chemical dependency treatment, and behavioral health counseling.
Parking and mechanical space on the first level.
The two levels above support the exam rooms, labs, and offices. These two floors are framed with precast concrete hollowcore supported by a combination of precast concrete and steel frame.
The roof is steel joists and metal deck on a steel frame. The building is supported by a spread footing foundation system, bearing on the native rock.
