The Lights is a mixed-use facility offering commercial, retail, and residential space plus a plaza hosting various events. Connected to or within close proximity is a four-level parking ramp with enclosed walkways. All buildings are connected via skyways. 

Echo: This six-story building is constructed with a two-story precast concrete podium that supports four stories of wood construction. 

The building is supported by a spread footing foundation system. 

Envy: This seven-story building is constructed with a two-story precast concrete podium that supports five stories of wood construction. The building is supported by a deep foundation system consisting of rammed aggregate pier reinforced soils. 

Plaza: The key element of this complex is it converts into various layouts to host a multitude of events. 

The stage and towners were constructed with structural steel frames and trusses all fabricated.
