The underground basement of the building was constructed with concrete foundation walls and precast beam and column lines to support the hollowcore main floor. Standard wood trusses with 2×6 bearing walls support the 2nd through 4th floor and roof framing. Standard wood framing consists of open webbed parallel chord floor trusses and pitched wood roof trusses. The lateral system consists of wood sheathed shear walls. Foundations are a standard spread footing system.

The project consists of a four-story apartment complex, slab on grade.
The building was constructed with wood framing for the floors and the roof. Wood framing consists of 2×6 wood stud bearing walls and open webbed wood floor and roof trusses. The lateral system consists of wood sheathed shear walls. Foundations are standard spread footing system.
